Case series of gestational thrombocytopenia

The antepartum diagnosis of maternal thrombocytopenia has become more common because platelet counts are now routinely obtained as a part prenatal screening. We reporting three cases gestational thrombocytopenia, diagnosed clinically, admitted, evaluated and managed. Two reverted back to their normal status soon after delivery. Case one who presented was Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is on treatment monitoring even Commonest deficiency seen in obstetrics Gestational which 80%, but other underlying causes must be considered well. A thorough history physical examination rules out most causes. There positive correlation between with adverse fetomaternal outcome. Hence serial monitoting should done.
